The Art of Change Management. Signs and Wings

The Book of Changes consists of the signs themselves, their names, words for the signs, words for the levels, and interpretations, known as the 'Ten Wings', which were created by Confucius. The Wings, for which extensive interpretations by ancient authors... have also been selected, represent a very interesting genre that requires separate study. Without a proper understanding of the content of the Wings, it is impossible to deeply grasp the content of the main text of the Book of Changes. Therefore, the book has three parts. The first part contains the texts and interpretations of the first thirty signs, traditionally referred to as the Upper Book (Shangjing). The second part contains the texts and interpretations of thirty-four signs, traditionally referred to as the Lower Book (Xiajing). The third part contains the Wings with interpretations by the same authors.
