The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide the natural person - the data subject - with information about the purpose, legal basis, scope, protection, and duration of the processing of personal data at the time of obtaining and processing the personal data of the data subject.

General Provisions

• 1. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
• 2. The Privacy Policy is applied to ensure privacy and personal data protection for the following groups (hereinafter collectively referred to as Clients):
  • natural persons who are clients of SIA “KORS N” (including potential, former, and current clients);
  • visitors of SIA “KORS N” maintained websites;
  • persons whose personal data is processed in social networks related to marketing activities organized by SIA “KORS N”.
• 3. SIA “KORS N” cares for the privacy and protection of Clients’ personal data, respects Clients’ rights to the lawful processing of personal data in accordance with applicable legal acts - the Personal Data Protection Law, the European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter - the Regulation), and other applicable legal acts in the field of privacy and data processing.
• 4. The Privacy Policy applies to the data processing regardless of the form and/or environment in which the Client provides personal data (in person, on the SIA “KORS N” website, in paper format, or over the telephone).

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

• 1. SIA "KORS N" processes personal data for the following purposes:
  • - Providing services and selling goods;
  • - Identifying the client;
  • - Preparing and concluding agreements;
  • - Delivering goods and providing services (fulfilling contractual obligations);
  • - Developing new products and services;
  • - Advertising and distributing goods and services for commercial purposes;
  • - Providing customer service;
  • - Reviewing objections or claims;
  • - Managing payments;
  • - Collecting debts;
  • - Maintaining and improving website and mobile application performance;
  • - Business planning and analysis;
  • - Ensuring client security and protecting company property;
  • - For other specific purposes, for which client consent has been received at the time of providing the respective data to SIA “KORS N”.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

• 1. SIA "KORS N" processes Client personal data based on the following legal grounds:
  • - For concluding and fulfilling agreements - to conclude a contract upon Client's request and to ensure its execution;
  • - Complying with regulatory enactments - to fulfill a duty established by binding external regulatory enactments;
  • - According to the consent of the Client - the data subject;
  • - For legitimate interests - to realize the legitimate interests of SIA “KORS N” arising from obligations between SIA “KORS N” and the Client, the concluded contract, or law.

Processing of Personal Data

• 1. SIA “KORS N” processes the Client's data using modern technological possibilities, considering existing privacy risks and available organizational, financial, and technical resources.
• 2. For the qualitative and prompt fulfillment of the contractual obligations concluded with the Client, SIA “KORS N” may authorize its cooperation partners to perform specific tasks related to the delivery of goods or services, such as delivering goods, leasing services, sending commercial messages, etc. When carrying out these assignments, the cooperation partners of SIA “KORS N” process the Client's personal data and are considered data processors of SIA “KORS N”. SIA “KORS N” has the right to provide necessary personal data of the Client to its partners in the extent necessary to perform these activities.
• 3. The cooperation partners of SIA “KORS N” (in the status of data processor) will ensure the fulfillment of personal data processing and protection requirements in accordance with a concluded Data Processing Agreement and legal acts, and will not use personal data for other purposes, except for fulfilling obligations to the Client based on an agreement made on behalf of SIA “KORS N”.
• 4. SIA “KORS N” does not disclose Client's personal data to third parties except in the following cases:
  • - if it is necessary to provide data to a relevant third party under the agreement concluded (e.g., goods delivery);
  • - if the Client has given clear and unambiguous consent;
  • - to persons specified in external regulatory enactments, upon their justified request, in accordance with the procedures and extent stipulated by external regulatory enactments;
  • - in cases specified by external regulatory enactments for the protection of legitimate interests of SIA “KORS N”.
• The storage of personal data continues as long as:
  • - the agreement concluded with the Client is in force;
  • - SIA “KORS N” or the Client can pursue their legitimate interests in accordance with the procedures prescribed by external regulatory enactments;
  • - there is a legal obligation to retain the data;
  • - the Client's consent is valid for the relevant personal data processing, provided there is no other legal basis for data processing.
