Everyday life. Year 1999. Fang Mu is a third-year student at the Pedagogical University of Changchun. His life is no different from that of his classmates, and the most dreadful problem is the looming exams. But everything changes when the... university is shaken by news of a monstrous murder: one of the students is strangled in the bathroom of the student dormitory. Moreover, the deceased lived in the same room as Fang Mu.
