The Road (A Reading Book in Spanish)

The proposed teaching aid contains unadapted fragments from the novel of the outstanding 20th-century Spanish writer Miguel Delibes "EL CAMINO", as well as a small excerpt from his work "Viejas historias de Castilla la Vieja". The aim of this aid... is to develop reading skills of original texts in Spanish. The accompanying lexical-grammatical comments are intended to facilitate the completeness and accuracy of understanding, while the post-text exercises aim to expand vocabulary and the range of language expression. The aid includes a Spanish-Russian dictionary, and the exercises containing tasks to identify equivalents to the Russian language in the text have keys. Listening to the disk will be useful for developing and controlling listening skills. This teaching aid is designed for students studying Spanish at an advanced level and can also be recommended to a wide audience who have mastered normative grammar and wish to deepen their knowledge of the Spanish language.
