In this book, mechanic Mulle Mek will introduce the youngest readers to the world of cars. First of all, he will tell about the vehicles that are encountered on the roads every day – passenger cars, trucks, fire engines, and... many others. Secondly, Mulle will organize a tour at a car racing festival, where you can see both powerful racing cars and tiny go-karts. And finally, together with Mulle Mek, readers will go to a car wash, where Mulle will clean his little yellow car that he once built with his own hands. As always, his faithful dog Buffa will help Mulle Mek. The illustrations and text are designed for the youngest readers aged 1-3 years, who are just beginning their acquaintance with books and cars. The creators of the Mulle Mek books are the famous Swedish writer Georg Johansson, author of numerous children's books about science and technology, and the equally famous illustrator Jens Album. The stories about the handyman mechanic Mulle Mek and his dog Buffa have been hugely popular with Swedish children for 25 years. Mulle is loved just as much as the famous characters from Astrid Lindgren's fairy tales.
