Doctor Myshkin's Ambulance

Doctor Myshkin was a real doctor, there was no doubt about it. He wore a white coat, drove an ambulance with a siren, and had a doctor's briefcase where various medicines, band-aids, bandages, tweezers, and most importantly - a syringe... were kept. Doctor Myshkin loved to give injections. To be honest, he didn't recognize any other methods of treatment. But at the sight of a syringe with a sharp needle, all the patients would start to tremble, pull in their heads, and tuck their tails. I wonder why? Fortunately, Doctor Myshkin got a helper - nurse Sonia. She knows how to approach patients and knows how to treat them without any injections. She even managed to cure Doctor Myshkin himself when he felt ill.
