This collection consists of two works by the German Catholic priest... Sebastian Kneipp (1821-1897), dedicated to hydrotherapy and a healthy way of life: 1) "My Hydrotherapy, tested for over 40 years and offered by me for the treatment of diseases and the maintenance of health"; 2) "How to Live. Guidelines and advice for healthy and sick people for a simple and reasonable life and natural methods of treatment". These books were reprinted more than sixty times only during the author's lifetime.
