Games, Activities, and Exercises with Balls

This manual presents methods for corrective, preventive, and developmental work with older preschool children, promoting sensory-motor development, prevention, and correction of musculoskeletal disorders in preschoolers.
It includes three types of work with a ball. Firstly, there is a program for children... aged 5-7 called "Games with Balls," which has a developmental focus and describes the mastering of ball actions and preparing preschoolers for team games (basketball, volleyball, etc.). Secondly, active games, logorhythmic exercises, and sound gymnastics on large balls (fitballs) are included in the program "Motor Games Training" for 4-year-olds. Thirdly, for the youngest children, games with balls in a dry pool will be interesting.
The manual discusses the peculiarities of motor development in preschoolers and provides recommendations for conducting corrective motor gymnastics using balls. During sessions with children, multifunctional equipment from the company "Alma" is used.
This manual can provide significant assistance to educators and parents in activities with children with various levels of sensory-motor and speech development.
