Serbian Tales and Stories. Texts for Commented Reading with Exercises

The proposed textbook is intended for those who have mastered the basics of Serbian grammar and conversation. The book includes folk tales, stories, anecdotes, riddles, proverbs, and sayings collected by the famous Serbian philologist, historian, and folklorist Vuk Stefanović Karadžić,... as well as stories, poems, and excerpts from the prose works of well-known Serbian writers.
Each text is accompanied by a Serbian-Russian dictionary, cultural information, and various exercises that reinforce the learned grammatical and lexical material and develop translation skills.
All texts and separate exercises are voiced by native speakers. The audio recording is purchased separately from the book on the publisher's website.
