Dog Forest

Summer of 1961. In a small factory settlement, a girl goes missing. Six-year-old Valka and his friend Mia set off to search for her in Dog Forest.

A detective story with elements of a thriller, horror, fantasy, social prose, and childhood... memories — all of this becomes the basis for an intriguing tale about the unconscious and collective memory. 
Aleksandr Gonorovsky — writer and screenwriter, nominee for the awards "Big Book", "Golden Globe", "Nika", "Golden Eagle", holder of the main prize in the competitive program "Horizons" at the Venice Film Festival, laureate of the national film critics award "White Elephant". The film "Edge" based on Gonorovsky's screenplay was nominated from Russia for the "Oscar" award.
