Apocalypse Always. The Psychology of Religion and Spirituality

Apocalypse always is an opportunity to read the text of the New Testament from the perspectives of psychology, neuropsychology, religious studies, anthropology, political science, and not lose tradition in the process. Today, there are two extremes: one is to fully... sacralize the text, surrounding it with an aura of incomprehensibility, mysticism, and dogmatism; the other, on the contrary, is to completely debunk the text, throwing out the baby with the bathwater, devaluing it, showing that everything written is nothing more than someone's idle fantasies. My analysis is a sober look at the history of the text and the factors influencing its emergence, while not excluding and, on the contrary, returning to the text its original spiritual meaning. This is spirituality without unnecessary dogmatism. In fact, it is a discussion of eternal values in the language of science, not myth.
