Board Game - Colors of Takenoko

Are you ready to become a gardener's apprentice and arrange your plantation? Then embark on a journey into the world of Japanese gardening! You will grow various types of bamboo, encounter ladybugs, set up ponds and rivers filled with fish,... and try to turn your garden into a little paradise on Earth! "Colors of Takenoko" is a roll-and-write game. Usually, in such games, dice are thrown, but we will go even further and throw markers instead. Choose a garden sheet for yourself and study it carefully. For now, this garden is white and inconspicuous, but it is in your power to turn it into a true work of art. The first player throws markers in the center of the table, then each participant takes one marker and colors one element on their sheet that matches the flower and symbol of the chosen marker. When a player colors all details in the area with the ladybug, they trace it and inform the others. The game will end when any participant traces their third ladybug. After the final round, all players start counting points. The one who earned the most points wins. Keep in mind that each type of garden sheet has its own coloring rules and conditions for scoring. In the easiest gardens, it's enough just to color the bamboo, but in more complex gardens, you will have to color fish, rivers, and even a whole dragon!
