All Russian Fairy Tales in the Illustrations of Ivan Bilibin

For the first time under one cover - the most complete collection of Russian fairy tales with the legendary illustrations of Ivan Bilibin (1876-1942).
Here you will find seven well-known fairy tales illustrated by Bilibin in 1899-1902 - these are the... ones reproduced in most modern editions.
However, in addition to them, our book includes two stories from the collection "Living Word" (1907) for high schools, also illustrated by Ivan Bilibin, as well as six lesser-known works to modern readers from the unique Paris collection "Fairy Tales from the Hut" (1931). The book concludes with Bilibin's last work, created in Soviet Russia, - "Sister Fox".
Our edition includes not only illustrations but also classic decorative elements of design, thanks to which Bilibin's works became exemplary in the genre of fairy tale illustration.
