Speeches of a Rebel

Peter Alexeyevich Kropotkin (1842—1921) — a famous revolutionary anarchist, historian, philosopher, and geographer. A prince, representing an ancient lineage, whose roots trace back to the legendary Rurik, in his youth he participated in scientific expeditions across Siberia, Transbaikalia, and Manchuria,... made a number of significant discoveries, became a member of the Russian Geographical Society, and was awarded the gold medal of this respected scientific community.
The book “Speeches of a Rebel” was written by Kropotkin in 1885, but was first published in Russian only twenty years later. This work is the quintessence of Kropotkin's thoughts on how society and the state should be based on anarchist principles.
