Hulicomics started with weekly strips. At first, they were released irregularly, as an experiment. Then, when enough of them had accumulated, we created a voting system: first, we choose the best strip out of three, then from nine, and in... the final, the top three out of 27 meet. Why 27? Because 27 is divisible by three and nine, and there are almost 27 weeks in half a year. From two finals, we get a super final, and from that, the best issue of the year.
