The presented tool will be useful for: psychologists, psychotherapists, specialists in social work dealing with sick people, as well as for anyone who would like to deeply and comprehensively explore the reasons for their own psychosomatic ailments.

Working with the deck can be done in two directions. In the first direction, we suggest using it as a tool for psychological consultations. In the second direction, it can be used for self-analysis with the aim of improving the understanding of one’s own feelings, bodily sensations, and the ability to concentrate on internal experiences and feelings, shifting the focus of attention from external events.
