The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

Francis Scott Fitzgerald has, perhaps, one of the leading solo parts in the orchestral score of the «jazz age». The writer, whose portrayal of the mad life of America in the 1920s is unlikely to have been matched by anyone... else, was himself a flesh and blood representative of that legendary era; his name was on the lips of his contemporaries and in the columns of social chronicles. His scandalous behavior horrified some and delighted others. But the eccentricity and superficial glitter have faded into the past, and what remains in the present are his immortal books.
The collection includes several of his best stories and «The Curious Case of Benjamin Button», which David Fincher adapted into a widely acclaimed film in 2009 with Brad Pitt in the lead role.
