The Wonderful Moments of Discovery

The excitement of the pioneer, the joy of discovery, the delight of acquiring new truths — these feelings fell to the lot of anyone who expanded the boundaries of humanity's knowledge about the surrounding world. Illustrated stories with drawings by... the classic of Russian comics Askol'd Akishin, based on the scripts of the author of many educational projects Misha Zaslavsky, are dedicated to domestic pioneers in various fields of science and culture. Initially published in the magazine "Young Erudite", these stories are based on documents from different times and contemporary research. The format of the documentary comic helps to recreate the scenes of events, the appearance of their participants, and to hear their voices (there is not a single fictional line in the comics).
