The proposed book is one of the best aids for studying the Korean language and is aimed at anyone wishing to learn this language independently. The manual is oriented towards beginners who have mastered the educational material of the first part of the course. All aspects of language and speech are covered in the manual: each of the 13 sections of the book is devoted to a specific conversational topic and contains a dialogue, new words and expressions, reading rules, grammatical material, text, practical exercises, as well as a cultural commentary.
The authors of the manual use an original methodological approach that allows the student to immerse themselves in the language environment and master conversational patterns of the Korean language. The central character of the course is a Frenchman, Jacques, who arrives in Korea, which allows the student to get to know the culture of the country through various life situations.
