Born Swindlers

The end of the 1960s. A gang of professional swindlers operates in Moscow. With the skill of true actors, they engage in "relatively honest extortion of money from the public," posing as either officials from the State Planning Committee or... suppliers for large enterprises. The victims of their crimes are unscrupulous representatives from the Caucasus and Central Asia. The capture of the swindlers is entrusted to Senior Inspector of the Criminal Investigation Department Vladimir Maslov. Soon he is on the trail of the gang leader known as the King. The criminal investigation department is already prepared with a plan for capturing the gang, and everything would have gone smoothly, but... the deceived Caucasians suddenly declared the King their blood enemy and began taking revenge on the swindlers.
