World Exhibition in Petersburg

Alternative Russia, the year 1900. Petersburg is preparing to host the World Exhibition and the Olympic Games. The authorities are at their wits' end: they need to finish the pavilions so that the modernist artists can complete their work, lay... out the route for the dirigible bicycle races, and calm the ever-discontented Count Tolstoy...
