This edition is the first introductory level textbook of modern Hebrew, aimed at Russian-speaking students - both grammatically, lexically, and thematically. The textbook was prepared by the Department of Judaica at the Institute of Asian and African Studies of Lomonosov... Moscow State University and is intended for first-year students, but can also be used in the system of informal education and for self-study of the language. The theoretical part - a detailed and accessible presentation of grammar - is accompanied by texts and exercises.
