We are in space

Humanity has always looked at the stars. The night sky has lured us, and for many millennia we wanted to soar into the mysterious darkness. But only in the second half of the 20th century did spacecraft manage to overcome... Earth's gravity. Flights around the Earth, going into outer space, landing on the Moon! Automatic probes have set off to the near and distant planets of the Solar System. It seemed that just a little more — and we would begin to colonize Mars and Venus, and then we would aim for the distant galaxies. But exploring space turned out to be a complex, dangerous, and very expensive endeavor. Only in the 21st century did new technologies and new talents bring back our dream of space. We have learned to build more reliable, powerful, and affordable launch vehicles. Flights to the Moon have resumed, and today the colonization of Mars is spoken of as a reality. We are back in space! We are once again reaching for the stars!
