Three years ago, the worlds of mortals and immortals were shaken by rumors of the resurrection of the God of Death. The only God of Death in history was a monstrous evil, and to defeat him, the celestial pantheon had... to unite their forces last time. The immortals are ready to do anything to prevent history from repeating itself. But there is something the immortals do not know. The God of Death in this new incarnation is an ordinary conjurer, Fa Hang. For many lives, he died as a child, which made him sincere, kind, and appreciative of life. Fa Hang travels with his conjurer friends Lin Hu and Xiao Tong. Together they improve and learn to stand against enemies who wish for destruction or, conversely, the resurrection of the God of Death. Dangers do not diminish, and it becomes increasingly difficult for Fa Hang to suppress the dark divine aspect. Fa Hang must figure out how to maintain his humanity and survive challenges that are only manageable for the immortals?..
