These are all your game pieces. In the duel game “Twilight of Venice”, each participant can move any figure on the field, pursuing only their own selfish goals. But what are these figures and where... are we? The game takes place in Venice shortly before the start of the carnival. The Great Doge - the ruler of the city - is invited to a festive evening in two noble and influential houses. One of these houses is yours, and you dream of gaining the favor of the ruler. The Doge accepts your invitation and sets off, but he does not realize that some of his loyal retinue have been bribed by the nobility. They will not disdain to bring the ruler of the city to their patrons by any means. The situation is complicated by a jealous lady of the heart, who owns many of the Doge's secrets, who goes secretly through the dark corners of Venice to meet with the conspirators. The cortege moves, and the road becomes longer and more winding. Will you be able to unravel the intrigues of the courtiers and deliver the Great Doge to your monastery?

Before the start of the carnival, the Great Doge, ruler of Venice, receives an invitation from two noble houses competing for his favor. Having gone to one of those who invited him, the Doge does not suspect that everyone in his retinue has been bribed by the nobility and is leading him to where they will pay the most. In addition to them, his favorite is intriguing against the Doge, who is capable, in a fit of jealousy, of destroying his entire reputation.​
​Taking on the role of representatives of noble houses, you will use cards to lead the chips of the Great Doge and his retinue to your mansion.​ But not only them. A Merchant roams the roads of Venice, able to quickly come to an agreement with anyone, and a Harlequin, who has influence on absolutely everyone. Use their unique abilities and seize power over the city!
By playing cards from your hand one at a time, you will try to win key character figures to your side. If you succeed, the Favorite will take a step towards your mansion. The round ends if one of you brought the Favorite or Doge to his mansion square. This player is declared the winner and a new round begins. If one of the players wins both rounds or wins one and there is a draw in the second, he becomes the winner of the game. If both players win the 1st time, play the 3rd round, which will determine the winner of the game. If the third round ends in a draw, the game is considered to have ended in a draw. So, which of you will be more cunning and calculating? Game duration: 20-30 minutes.
