Masterpiece

Marvin is an ordinary beetle; his family has taken up residence under the kitchen sink in the Pompadees' New York apartment. James Pompaday is an ordinary eleven-year-old boy who was given a drawing set for his birthday: ink and a... pen. And Marvin gave James a gift - he painted the most elegant miniature. And James got all the glory. So, completely unexpectedly for themselves, friends (can anyone forbid an eleven-year-old boy to be friends with a beetle?!) turned out to be participants and main characters in a fascinating art detective story, in which everything was mixed up: a fake Masterpiece of a great master, cunning plans of robbers and full of real dangers adventures. Will James be able to save the Metropolitan from robbery and return the lost drawings of Albrecht Durer? Only one thing is clear - he cannot do without Marvin’s help.
