This book is the first in a series of books dedicated to answering questions about an important and integral component of human health or NOT health - Psychosomatics. More and more medical and sanitary specialists are using the principles of... Dr. Hamer’s “New German Medicine” as the basis for their work. The knowledge and achievements of his French and Spanish followers are presented: Claude Sabba in “Total Biology”, Christian Flesch, Angeles Walder and Enrique Buron in “Biological Decoding”, each in their own way developing Hamer’s direction, and accessible to me due to knowledge of the language.
Also, the knowledge and experience of Bert Hellinger in systemic family therapy and the creator of Family Constellations was an invaluable addition to the understanding of Psychosomatics.
The first part of the book reveals the stages of a person’s life with which Psychosomatics and Bio-Psychotherapy necessarily work - a direction of therapy that emerged on the basis of Psychosomatics, taking into account the emotional and mental nature of any symptom of the body. A list of key beliefs recommended for consideration and revision is provided.
The second part of the book briefly outlines the main meanings of symptoms by body system and each system provides its own series of exercises for self-healing and effective assistance in consultation.
Continuations of this introductory book will be collections on working with symptoms for trained specialists, as well as more specialized publications on groups of diseases.
