Once Upon a Time in the New Year Garden. Advent Calendar

Few have heard of the tangerine little men. But even fewer have heard of their magical greenhouse, where they grow Christmas trees! The little men water the trees with tangerine jelly, play festive melodies for them, brush the branches with... special brushes, and read fairy tales aloud. All this is so that in December we can choose the best tree at the Christmas tree market, which will bring us joy throughout the winter holidays (and for some even in spring).

Usually, the greenhouse has a cheerful and friendly atmosphere. But this year, something went wrong. Instead of New Year music, laughter, and joyful greetings — there is noise, clamor, and crying. And it seems that somewhere a scared cat is meowing... Luckily, Dolka has arrived. He will help figure out what is happening in the greenhouse. Shall we run after him?

How to play

1. Cut out the little man with the tree in advance. Make a stand for him from an A4 sheet of paper (you will find the instructions for the stand on the card).

2. On December 17, read the beginning of the fairy tale with your child, get acquainted with the main characters, and start playing. Together with Dolka, you need to catch up with the Christmas Cow no matter what!

3. Read the text on the card and find the place in the greenhouse where Dolka ran off to using the clues.

4. To find out what happened there, go back in time. To do this, place the magic magnifying glass on the poster right at the scene of the incident and compare the two images. This is the magic magnifying glass. Place it on the poster in the right spot and find out what happened there.

5. Help Dolka tidy up. Stick a big sticker at the scene of the incident and find out how it all ended. By comparing the sticker and the poster, you will also notice what the Christmas Cow lost.

6. Stick the sticker with the item that the Christmas Cow lost on Dolka's tree and also check how many days are left until New Year.

7. Find on the poster what else can be decorated and who needs help, and stick little stickers.

8. On the reverse side of the card, there is a New Year master class. The master classes can be swapped or not done at all! But if you want to craft something, prepare the necessary materials in advance.

9. If you want to give your child small gifts or sweets during the game, add a note in Dolka's stand indicating the place where the surprise is hidden.
