The Recluse

Beginning art historian Ann Stilwell arrives in New York, hoping to spend the summer interned at the famous Metropolitan Museum of Art. But instead, she is assigned to one of its branches, The Cloisters – a Gothic museum-castle known for... its collections of medieval and Renaissance art. Thus, Ann enters a narrow circle of mysterious reclusive researchers studying the art of divination with Tarot cards. At first, she is skeptical of them. Until she discovers a mysterious deck of Italian Tarot cards from the 15th century, which, according to legend, contains the key to predicting fate. A race begins among colleagues to see who will first unlock the secret, and then a corpse of one of them is found in the museum...
