Who said that penguins can’t fly? They fly, and how! All they needed was to organize their own airline. Any willing penguin can become a pilot, the requirements for them are not very strict. We would even say they are... not strict at all. In fact, they have no requirements for pilots whatsoever. By the way, congratulations, you have been accepted for the position of pilot! "Penguin Aviation" is a team board game for a group that will test your reaction, attentiveness, and stress resistance, as you will have to land the plane. And in real time! Takeoff, paradoxically enough, is much easier for penguins than landing. Fortunately, there are dispatchers at the airports, who always have instructions under their flippers. At the center of the table, a dashboard for the plane is formed, tokens for switches are laid out on it, and a deck of flight instruction cards, time tokens, and a sand timer are placed nearby. Players are divided into teams of 2 people: one becomes the pilot of the plane, and the other – the dispatcher. After starting the timer, the dispatcher takes the top flight instruction card and, without showing it to the pilot, begins to explain which buttons and switches on the dashboard must be pressed and in what sequence. It is important not to make a mistake, otherwise the plane may enter a sharp dive! When the instruction is completed, the team takes one time token and proceeds to the next task. The turn ends in three cases: if the time runs out, if 2 mistakes were made in the instructions, or if the team completed 5 instructions.
