Lidia Korneevna Chukovskaya (1907-1996) - literary critic, memoirist, critic, writer, poet, whose creative heritage is diverse, but at the same time absolutely integral. Everything she created is an echo of the personal life experience of the daughter of a famous... father, a friend of many illustrious contemporaries, an editor, and a human rights activist. This collection includes works of art by Lydia Chukovskaya - the stories "Sofya Petrovna", "Descent Under Water" and "Dash", as well as two books of memoirs - "Memories of Childhood: My Father - Korney Chukovsky" and "The Process of Exclusion". All together, these works captured an entire era through the eyes of an eyewitness and participant, containing memories of an amazing childhood, and of the dramatic and tragic events that befell the author and interpreted by her with the skill of a great writer.
