Mars Time Shift

People are colonizing the desert and arid Mars. The cities of the natives are abandoned, and the Martians, or blinkmen, have degenerated and wander their dead planet. The colonists are fighting for plots with Earth magnates - until the UN... started cultivating them and prices skyrocketed. Arnie Kott, a local union leader, wants to use Manfred, an autistic boy allegedly capable of seeing the future, to gain an advantage in deals involving Martian real estate. Manfred sends him into the future to learn about the UN's plans for developing Mars. But did he end up in the real future or in his version created by the paranoid mind of an autistic person? Will he remain sane upon returning to the present?
